THREE BEAN CHAAT

Ingredients
  

  • How to Make Three Bean Chaat
  • Whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, chaat masala,salt, pepper, chopped coriander to make a wonderful dressing.
  • Mix all the rajma, channa, chowli beans and greenbeans into the dressing.
  • Then add chopped potatoes, onion, tomatoes andcucumber.
  • Mix it well and let it soak the dressing in the fridge for approx an hour.
  • Serve chilled.

For the chaat:

  • 1 cup rajma (cooked)
  • 1 cup chana (cooked)
  • 1 cup chowli beans (cooked)
  • 1 cup green beans (cooked)
  • 1 cup potatoes (cooked)
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate

For the dressing:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp coriander, chopped
