Krishna Vasudeva Foods and Derivatives Pvt Ltd. feels proud to be a part of the legendary firm Bal Kishan Om Prakash (since 1936) at Sri Ganganagar, known for its splendor achievements in the field of fertilizers, and commodity trading. The company K.V. Foods and Derivatives Pvt. Ltd was established in the year 2012 under a strong visionary protagonist of Agri-trading, Mr. Lalit Agarwal,. apart from scaling the heights of the firm BKOP, Mr. Lalit being philanthropic in nature added social values to the city as a successful leader after being elected as Nagar Parishad in the year 1999 – 2004.
He also dignified the post of Director with Urban Cooperative Bank, Sri Ganganagar (93 – 96). He looked after Lok Sewa Bhandar (91 – 93) as an Honorable Chairman. He was also a life time Trustee for Meditation Temple at Rishikesh. Keeping alive his humane approach and benevolent nature, he served as a Secretary and kept his association with the TAPOVAN TRUST,(Pioneering the medical and social needs of the society at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan) till his last breath. By his blessings and following his magnanimous approach towards society, the company is looking forward to a brighter future and offering best services.

THE COMPANY PROFILE
The factory is located at Sri Ganganagar, northern most district of Rajasthan and border of Pakistan and Punjab state. The district is blessed and flourished by water of Sutlej and is known for its excellence in agricultural productions holding several processing units related to cotton, mustard, pulses, wheat etc. K.V. Foods was promoted by M/S Bal Kishan Om Prakash and was established in the year 2012. The company has pioneered the operations at Sriganganagar by crushing Chana 200 MTPD through its almost fully automated factory. The company is taking production through its world class installed machinery of Buhler Ltd, Switzerland. The company is equipped in production, processing and packaging of other pulses as Moong, Urad, Kabuli, Rajma etc up to the capacity of 40MTPD and Mustard Oil up to 50MTPD..
Understanding the basic need of consumers looking for quality, purity and reliability the company has expanded its product horizon with flours viz, Chickpea flour (Besan), Whole wheat flour (Atta), Multigrain flour, Gluten Free Multigrain flour etc. serving the needs of various niche market. Company has ventured in retail segment of pulses & flour maintaining very high standards of quality benchmarks and satiating consumer demand. Bringing out innovation, company has launched a balanced ration cattle feed for dairy farmers, which not only improves the cattle health but increases the milk productivity.
The organization runs a state of art In-House Food Laboratory for maintaining a quality control system for all input used and the products sold in the market. By these standards, organization is operating with high credibility and enjoying a goodwill among the consumers. Our organization has obtained several certifications owing to the quality parameters viz. FSSAI, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 2200:2005, HACCP, APEDA. Company has also received a recognition certificate from Indian Defence Sector for quality supplies for pulses and on time deliveries. A highly trained and skilled team of professionals following all management principles is taking care of entire business activities maintaining the best ethical ambience. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from profession. He is a young philanthropist and an active member of Tapovan Trust. He has a wide experience in Agri. Business and is pivotal in planning of commodity trade derivatives. He has sharp approach in understanding the quality purchase and planning, providing a competitive edge to the company.
Abhinav Aggarwal (Director)
He is a commerce graduate from Delhi university and a chartered accountant.. he has served for Ernst & Young and gathered lot of experience in strategic planning, audits and business understandings. Before leaving the E &Y his working methodology has marked his sharpness and visionary actions in the management. His high energy attitude has laid the strong foundation of the organization and creating several milestones in organizational growth.
Parivesh Parashar (Director)
He graduated in agriculture science from G.B. Pant University and Masters in Agri business before joining India’s leading fertilizer company, CFCL. His hardcore learning experience during his service period of 15 years were in the diverse field of marketing, New project planning & Implementation, Logistics, Operations, Business development. Agri-tech expertise etc. his overall experience and business acumen are scaling new heights for the company.
Also a core team of professionals in the field of purchase, production, administration, accounts market support and sales are the key driving force for the organizational growth.
