Our Besan – is prepared from very fine quality selective Chana Dal . Dal used is sorted and ensured to be free from any type of diseased , discoloured , weevilled or infected grains. Chana Dal is lab tested before it is sent to the Besan plant for grinding. Different texture quality of besan is produced and used for specific recipes.
