It is manufactured by grinding very selective fine quality whole wheat , varieties preferred for making bread /Chappittis . The flour is slow grinded by applying suitable pressure thus temperature is controlled and also called cold grinded this keeps the natural freshness of the flour as well maintains the original nutritional value. This old grinding technique also maintains fibre percentage in the product good for gut health.
