Little coarse texture and best used in besan burfi and pakoras.

 Mota

Very coarse texture and generally chef prefer it for making Mohan thal , Moti bundi.

Besan – Prepared from very fine quality selective Chana Dal . Dal used is sorted and ensured to be free from any type of diseased , discoloured , weevilled or infected grains. Chana Dal is lab tested before send to Besan plant for grinding.

Different texture quality  of besan is produced and used for specific recopies.

We also manufacture for customized customers on given order size.
